Reservations
Mainstage play and cabaret tickets may be reserved by calling the Live Bait box
office at 506 536-2248. These tickets will be held until one half hour before
show time.
Dinner theatre tickets must be paid for at the time of reservation. Group tickets
must be purchased all at once.
Exchanges
There are absolutely no refunds. Exchanges may be done if tickets are available
for an another performance of the same show. All dinner theatre tickets must
be paid for before they can be considered reserved. Live Bait accepts Visa, Mastercard,
Interact, cash, cheque or money order.
Live Bait Theatre Ticket Policies
1. Tickets must be paid for in Canadian money, either in cash, money order, credit
card, debit, bank draft or cheque (certified if required).
2. Group rate tickets must all be paid for at the time of reservation. It is
the responsibility of the person reserving the tickets to collect the money for
their group. There are no retroactive group rates.
3. We will hold tickets for a 24 hour period only.
4. There are no refunds, only exchanges for other shows in the run. If the run
is already sold out, we will place your name on a waiting list, but offer no
guarantees. One night only events cannot be exchanged. We must know about the
cancellation prior to the performance, as outlined in policy #5.
5. Cancellations:
a) Live Bait must be informed of cancellations 24 hours prior to the performance.
b) If the show is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at full price.
c) In the event of foul weather or other exceptional circumstances,
we require notice of cancellation by 12 pm on the day of the performance for the
customer to receive an exchange on dinner theatre tickets. For mainstage and
other productions, we require notice of cancellation by 5 pm on the day of the
performance for the customer to receive an exchange.
6. Unused tickets can be donated to Live Bait Theatre for a tax receipt. Dinner
theatre tickets will only be partially refunded, and will not include the price
of the uneaten dinner.
7. Customers with Johnny’s 2-1 coupons must inform us at the time of purchase
of their tickets that they have a coupon. The coupon must also be presented to
the front of house staff when you pick up your tickets, otherwise you will be
charged for the second ticket. There is no retroactive discount.
