Join Betty Estabrooks as she celebrates the holidays in style with her very own Christmas television special. As with all family gatherings, the unexpected ensues. Joining Betty are her mother Stella, released on a special day pass from the Oakwood Nursing Home for the Criminally Negligent, and her sons Bud and Schooner, who are taking the opportunity to introduce their mother to their new girlfriends. The show features live music performed by the cast, with lots of Maritime-flavoured songs and traditional holiday favourites.
"A Christmas Ceilidh" is in the tradition of the Krazy Family shows and the Desperate Maritime shows of several years ago. These were among Live Bait's most popular original scripts. This brand new show is sure to provide a laugh-filled, toe-tapping start to your holidays!
Dinner theatre includes a turkey buffet dinner, dessert, tea and coffee.
